The 11th death anniversary of Mirza Mehdy Ispahani, an education enthusiast, renowned industrialist, founding chairman of MM Ispahani Limited and founder of Mirza Ahmed Ispahani High School, was observed in the port city in Chittagong on Tuesday, said a press release.
On the occasion, Doa Mahfil and memorial meeting were held on the premises of Mirza Ahmed Ispahani High School at Pahartali in Chittagong.
Headmaster of the school SM Mojibur Rahman presided over the meeting.
Besides, the school authority distributed Tobarak among the students and others. The programme came to an end through a prayer for the salvation of the departed soul, the release added.
