The Martyred Intellectual Day-2021 was observed in the port city paying rich tributes to martyred sons of the soil in a befitting manner today.
Different political parties, socio-cultural and professional organisations arranged discussions, cultural functions and milad mahfils to pay rich tributes to the country’s golden son and daughters who were killed at the end of the War of Liberation in 1971.
Besides, district administration, Chattogram City Corporation (CCC), Chattogram Metropolitan Police (CMP), freedom fighters, different educational institutions and professional organisations have also taken daylong programmes marking the day.
