Condemning the ruling Awami League led government once again the BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia on Thursday warned that the party would stage a tougher movement for getting back voting rights. The BNP Chairperson said this while addressing a public rally in Nilphamari, this afternoon. “BNP will topple the ruling AL-led government staging a tougher movement.” Khaleda told the rally. Labeling the Election Commission (EC) is a fragile commission, the BNP chief Khaleda also said: “The EC is unable to perform their duties, so the demand will be met through movement.” Earlier on the day, leaders of 20-party alliances spoke at the rally at the ground of Nilphamari Pourashava. Khaleda Zia reached Nilphamari at 3.00 pm. Earlier, she left Bogra Circuit House at 12.00am for Nilphamari in a bid to address the rally. The BNP chief started her journey for Nilphamari from her Gulshan political office at around 4:00pm on Wednesday. She reached Bogra Circuit House at 9.30pm and stayed there night. –risingbd.com
