The Jatiya Sangsad (JS) secretariat will launch budget information help desk on Tuesday to assist the lawmakers for delivering their address at the first budget session of the 11th parliament.
With the cooperation of Budget Analysis and Monitoring Unit (BAMU), the parliament secretariat will set up the desk at the Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban, said an official release on Sunday.
The secretariat has taken the initiative for providing assistance to the lawmakers for delivering their address on the budget issues, it said.
The lawmakers can collect important information from the help desk before addressing the session.
“The budget help desk will play an important role in delivering informative, constructive and lively speech that to be presented by the lawmakers,” the release added.
The budget session will begin on June 11.
