Head Coach of Bangladesh Football team Jamie Day received the Pro License Diploma certificate on Thursday. It is a rule that if any coach wants to stay at the dugout during his teams match, he has must Pro License Diploma certificate. FIFA, the highest body of world football has a rules and regulation that a coach must has Pro License Diploma certificate if he wants to stay at the dugout during his teams football match. FIFA imposes the rule for a coach before two years ago.
Jamie Day got admitted in the Pro License Diploma Course and successfully passed the examination in July last.
Jamie received his certificate on Thursday last. After getting the certificate, Jamie Day is highly delighted and said, ” I passed the Diploma Course in July. I got received my certificate yesterday. I am very glad to get the certificate.”
After getting the FIFA’s direction, Jamie Day had to go England and then returned to Bangladesh. After hard working Jamie got his must-awaited certificate.
The England-born Head Coach of Bangladesh Football team contracted with Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) in 2018 for two years. After two years Jamie signed an agreement with BFF for more two years.
Jamie was scheduled to arrive in Bangladesh from England on August. As the matches of FIFA World Cup Qualifiers 2022 and AFC Asian Cup Qualifiers 2023 have postponed to 2021, thus Jamie Day did not return to Dhaka.
