Jamal Hossain written songs have already rendered by noted singers. He is writing songs regularly and singers from Bangladesh and India are rendering his written songs. Though he is new in writing patriotic, subject based and modern songs but he has his level best effort to compose these songs applying nice words in writing lyrics as the listeners like these.
For the first time, Jamal Hossain wrote lyrics of play-back song of a movie. He wrote lyrics of title song of Rashid Polash directed movie Podmo Puran. Title of the song is: Shonate eshechhi aj podmo puran, Ekti bonedi nodir golpo afuran. Muhin Khan has composed music of the song. He has also lent his voice for the song.
While talking about writing lyrics of the title song Jamal Hossain said, “For the first time, I wrote lyric of a play-back song. It is really a liking matter to me as I am also hailed from the bank of River Padma. It is really a great luck for me to get the opportunity. I give thanks to Rashid Polash and Muhin Khan in this regard. I believe listeners will enjoy the song.”
Meanwhile, Jamal Hossain written and Muhin composed song titled Megh to bolena ar, which was rendered by Shuvomita, will be released on YouTube channel of Rongon Music soon. Recently Samina Chowdhury also lent her voice for a new song which lyric was also written by Jamal Hossain himself.
