Local Government and Engineering Department (LGED) Chittagong arranged various programme to observe the International Women’s Day at LGED Auditorium in Chittagong yesterday .
Asst. chief Engineer of LGED Mir Elias Morshed was present as Chief Guest while Md. Shah Alamgir, Executive Engineer was present as special guest. A rally and discussion Meeting was also held to observed the day.
Chief Guest said that the struggle should be end discrimination against woman remains an unfinished agenda to ensure dignified life for woman through establishing their rights.
