A colourful inter-university cultural festival begins at Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology(CUET) from Thursday .
A cultural organization of CUET Jayadhani arranged this 3-day long colourful festival . Vice Chancellor of CUET Dr.Md.Jahangir Alam formally inaugurated the festival as chief guest.
Among others, Registrar of CUET Prof. Dr. Farukuzaman Chowdhury, Head of Physics Department Prof. Md. Abdur Rashid, Mechanical Deptt head Prof. Abdul Wajed, Student Welfare Director Prof. Dr. Ashotosh Saha, Chairman of Institute of Engineers , Chittagong Engr. Manazare Khurshid Alam, journalist Bishajit Saha, Provost of Bangabandhu Hall Dr. Sajal Chandra Banik, Prof. of civil engineering department Dr. Ayesh akhter, Prof. of Mechanical Department Sanaul Rabbi, Director of Jayadhani Md. Abdur Razzak were present as guest of honours on the opening session.
The first day programme of the festival concluded on Thursday with playing wreaths at the Shaheed Minar, colourful procession, recitation of national anthem and mog session.
