A weeklong “National Industrial Fair” will be held at the beginning of the next winter aimed to project the government uplift activities in the industrial sector for achieving Vision 2021 and Vision 2041 as well as Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
“I hope, the Industrial fair will further improve the quality of products in the industrial sector side by side with expanding the domestic market,”
Industries Minister Amir Hussein Amu said while meeting with newly elected leaders of Bangladesh Chamber of Industries (BCI) at Industry Ministry on Wednesday.
Among others, Additional Secretary of Industries Ministry Begum Parag and BCI President Mostafa Azad Chowdhury Babu were present at the meeting.
Amu said the government is providing necessary policy supports for the private sectors for accelerating the industrial sector of the country. Such policy supports will continue in future, he said.
