Tahmina Akhtar Tumpa, a deceived wife, accused her husband of threatening her life by throwing acid after misappropriating an amount of Tk.32 lakh and causing abortion to her child. This was disclosed yesterday to the journos. Tumpa readout the written statement before the journalists.
The press meet was told that deceiver husband Advocate Azizul Hoque Adil married with allurement hiding his other marital informations. Mentionable that Adv Aziz was engaged by me in one of my marital cases and he received an amount of Tk.23 lakh from court on behalf of me .
And later he was given more nine lakh taka by selling orgnaments of own and my mother. After receipt of huge amount of taka , he began to mishave and physical torture to me and finally he denied any marital relations with her. Following his murder threat, I lodged a GD with Panchalaish Thana on March 19 last.
Finding no alternatives , I finally went to Chattogram Lawyers Association and they also failed to mitigate the matter and finally I was asked to file a CR case before the CMM court and accordingly I filed a CR case against Advocate Azizul Hoque Adil with he CMM court (Case No: 780/19) and the case is under trial.
The deceived Tumpa urged upon the concerned authorities including Prime Minister to save her family and to help facilitate recovery of Tk.32 lakh from the fake advocateAdil. Meanwhile, Advocate husband forcibly caused abortion at a local clinic. Among others, Adv Masukur Rahman, Arifur Rahman Chowdhury, Golam Sarwar, Karimullah, another victim of Adv Adil Rina Akhtar were present on the occasion.
