After taking a break for few years, legendary actor late Bulbul Ahmed’s daughter Oindrila Ahmed returned to acting last year and she came into limelight again.
In the beginning of last year she came into discussion to work against Apurba in a play titled Beloved.
Later, she also acted in Mabrur Rashid Bannah’s Sangsarik Bhalobasha, Dipu Hazra’s Fake Love and Prithuraj’s Jolpukurey Doob. Her acting in these plays was highly appreciated to the viewers.
Now Oindrila is little bit seen to work in the small screen because she is working as Director in an international firm. For this reason, she has to be engaged with works there. But Oindrila said that if she gets good story and role then she wants to work.
Today is Oindrila’s birthday. While talking about her birthday she told this correspondent, “I have no specific plan to celebrate my birthday. I will pass time with my family. But it is true that I miss my father. When my birthday comes I miss him a lot. Now I am working in an international firm as its director. As I studied in marketing so I am enjoying my job now. In fact, I also miss acting.”
Oindrila also informed that she has performed as model in three TV commercials of Pran under Nafiz’s direction which are being aired in different satellite channels now. She has already started her new journey as an advertisement-maker. She has made four TVCs on e-learning.
Under her father’s production house, Troyee Chitram a play titled Chhoto Chhoto Asha Bhalobasha has been made. Prithuraj has directed the play, Oindrila added.
