Members of Bangladesh Army in a drive arrested four terrorists and recovered a rifle and four round of bullets from Sumorpara area under Lakkhichhari upazila of the district this morning.
The arrested were identified as Sukumar Chakma, 45, Nirmal Chakma, 18, Samul Chakma, 17, and Suman Chakma.
Acting on a tip-off, an army team of Lakkhichhari camp conducted the drive in the area and arrested the terrorists with the rifle and bullets, police said.
Later, they were handed over to the Lakkhichhari Thana police.
