VAT Audit, Intelligence & Investigation Directorate has found evidence of hoaxing Tk 3.4 crore Value Added Tax (VAT) after conducting a drive in the office of Foodpanda, a mobile food delivery marketplace.
A team of VAT Audit, Intelligence & Investigation raid the city’s Gulshan-2 head office on Wednesday.
Dr Moinul Khan,
Director General (DG) of VAT Intelligence & Investigation Directorate, confirmed the matter the media and said that we got the evidence of evading Tk 3.4 crore Value Added Tax (VAT). “A Case will be filed after legal procedure,” DG added.
