Ingredients :
Fish fillet 2100gms
Olive oil 50gms
Mango 100gms
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon juice 10ml
Dill chopped 10gms
Basil 10gms
Method
Marinate the fish fillet with salt, pepper, lemon juice
and chopped dill.
Peel fresh mango and puree and cook foe min.
Set the seasoning ad finish with chopped basil
and olive oil.
Grill the fish paupitte till tender and serve hot
with mango sauce.
