The election of the executive committee of Feni Press Club for 2021 was held Saturday in the conference room of Nabi Hotel in the city.
Feni District Bar Association General Secretary Advocate Parhto Paul Chowdhury conducted the election as the Chief Election Commissioner. Advocate Syed Abul Hossain and Headmaster of Feni G.A Academy Tajul Islam Chowdhury were the election officials.
In the election, all the members exercised their voting right in a festive atmosphere. After the election, the Chief Election Commissioner announced the results of the election. Jasim Mahmud (Daily Starline) was elected as the President and N.N Jibon (Daily Bhorer Paata / Swadesh Patra) was elected as the General Secretary.
Other officials who won the election include Vice President-Shehab Uddin Ahammed Liton (The New Nation), Syed Monir Ahmed (Daily Bhorer Kagaz / Fenir Dak), Joint Secretary – Kazi Habib Ullah Sumon (Asian TV), ABM Nizam Uddin.
