Lux star and TV actress Farzana Chumki has been engaged with acting for many years. For the first time, she acted in a movie titled Paap Punnyo
directed by Gias Uddin Selim. Due to coronavirus, release date of the movie has become uncertain.
But actors of this film are very much eager to get release of it. Farzana Chumki, Afsana Mimi, Chanchal Chowdhury, Siam, among others acted in this film. It is debut movie of Farzana Chumki. So, she is very much eager to get the release date of this movie. While talking in this regard Chumki said, “Paap Punnyo is my acted debut movie where I played the role of Rabeya, Chanchal Chowdhury’s wife on the screen. I am very much satisfied with my acting in this film. We worked together like a family in the movie during taking part in the
shooting. As a director, Gias Uddin Selim has acceptability among the viewers. His directed movies Monpura and Swapnojaal got popularity among the viewers. I believe Paap Punnyo will also get appreciation from all.”
In 1999, Farzana Chumki was the first runner-up in Lux-Anandadhara Photo Beauty contest. Her acted first TV drama was Wahiduzzaman Diamond directed Jibon Jekhane Jemon. She first worked with her husband actor Mir Sabbir in drama Hridoye Bosoti, directed by Khairul Bashar. Under the direction of Pintu, she first performed as a model in a TV commercial.
Meanwhile, Chumki is regularly acting in Tariq Anam Khan and Nima Rahman directed serial Gulshan Avenue-2. Since 1999 Chumki has been acting with theatre group, Dhaka Theatre. Joiboti Konyar Mon, Haat Hodai, Bono Pangshul, Prachhyo, etc are Chumki-starrer mentionable theatre plays. She was last seen to act in the theatre play titled Ekti Loukik Othoba Aloukik Steamer directed by Shahiduzzaman Selim.
