ESCAP Business Advisory Council (EBAC) Chairman and ICC Bangladesh President Mahbubur Rahman left Dhaka for Cyberport, Hong Kong yesterday to attend 5th EBAC meeting and Asia-Pacific Business Forum (APBF) 2018 which will begin on April 9.
The forum will end on April 11.
Mahbubur Rahman will deliver welcome address at the Opening Ceremony of Asia Pacific Business Forum 2018 on 10 April. The Asia-Pacific Business Forum 2018 aims to strengthen business engagement in achieving inclusive and sustainable development in the Asia-Pacific region. Specifically, the Forum will discuss how private sector-led innovation, technology and financing can enhance efforts towards achieving the 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda and associated Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The delegation members also include ICCB Vice President Mrs. Rokia A. Rahman, ICCB Executive Board Members Anwar-Ul-Alam Chowdhury, Mr. Kutubuddin Ahmed and Md. Fazlul Hoque, DCCI President Abul Kasem Khan, ICCB Members Mohd. Arshad Ali, M Asif Ibrahim and Mohammad Shahjahan Khan and ICCB Secretary General Ataur Rahman.
They are expected to return to Dhaka on April 13.
