A drill over earthquake was held in the campus of Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology as arranged by the Fire Service and Civil Defence authority on Tuesday .
Vice chancellor of CUET Prof. Dr. Jahangir Alam witnessed the drill as chiefguest. Among others pro-VC Prof.Dr. Md. Rafiqul Alam, Registrar Prof.Farukuzzaman Chowdhury, Deputy director of Fire Service & Civil Defence Mr. Samarendra Nath Biswas, Dy.AD Md. Abdul Malek, Foreman Md. Akhtar, senior station officer Purna Chandra Mutsuddi were also present on the occasion. Inspector of Fire services Md. Mannan conducted the whole earthquake drill .
The members of the CUET family also witnessed the quake drill , sources said.
