Dhaka University (DU) on Thursday announced election schedule for electing 25 registered graduate representatives.
The election will be held on January 6, 13, and 20 2018 respectively in three centers of Dhaka and 42 centers outside Dhaka.
The Registrar Office of DU issued a press release in this regard and asked the registered graduates of the University for collecting nomination papers from November 6 to 20 2017 at Administration Building Room No 207 by paying Tk 100.
A candidate can submit nomination papers to the Registrar on 20 November latest at 4pm and can withdraw application by submitting a written letter on 29 November 2017 latest at 1pm.
Every voter will be sent a voter ID Card from the University and voters can cast their votes by showing their cards to the polling officer of the voting center.
The voters can collect their ID Cards from 15 November to 7 December from Administration Building Room No 214 being physically present.
The total four part voter list can be collected by on payment of Tk 6,500 from the Administration Building Room No 207. On January 21 2018, results will be published.
