Traffic division of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) in their simultaneous drives on the city streets on Wednesday realized over Taka 40.56 lakh from different modes of vehicles for traffic rule violation.
It also lodged 5211 cases for traffic rule violation, said an official release of DMP.
It also dumped 47 vehicles and wrecked 907 others.
