Goats have been distributed among the poorest families in Tarash of Sirajganj. On Thursday, 23 September, at the Upazila Parishad premises, Social Development Foundation (SDF) and in collaboration with Bangladesh Jatiya Samajkalyan Parishad Dhaka distributed goats among four ethnic groups, 1 Hindu and 1 Muslim out of a total of 6 poor families. The goats were distributed under the chairmanship of Abdul Malek, President, Social Development Foundation (SDF).
Upazila Nirbahi Officer Mejbaul Karim, Social Service Officer KM Moniruzzaman, Director of Social Development Foundation (SDF), Shafiqul Islam Sabuj, vice-president of Upazila Press Club Mohsin Ali, journalist M Chanowar Hossain Saju and many others were present on the occasion.
