Vice-Chancellor of Dhaka University (DU) Prof Dr. AAMS Arefin Siddique has said disciplined life of the scouts could play vital role in building a drug- free society in the spirit of wisdom.
“Those engaged in scout movement, can never be involved in crime or unsocial activities breaking social discipline,” he said. He called upon the scouts to come forward with the mindset of serving the society.
DU VC said this yesterday while speaking at the concluding ‘Moha Tanbu Jalsha’ of the ive-day second Panchagarh District Rover Moot- 2016 on Tetulia Degree College ground in Tetulia upazila as the chief guest.
