Entertainment Report :Popular TV actress Dipa Khondokar has been passing happy family life with her husband Shahed Ali Sujon, also an actor, two children – Adrik and Arohi now. Once Dipa’s own working arena was only acting and moving here and there. Due to maintaining family life she has become very choosy while acting. As a result, she doesn’t work frequently rather than challenging role and good story based works. Play director Shanta Rahman is her intimate friend. Under her direction Dipa worked in a telefilm titled Osompurno Golpo two years ago.After two years, Dipa again worked under her friend’s direction in a play titled Jana Gontobbyo Ojana Somoy. Actress Naznin Hasan Chumki has written story of the play. In this play, Dipa acted in role of a writer named Rimi. To complete her write-up, she went to a resort far away from Dhaka and she started to stay there. While going to the resort she made a quarrel with her husband Shyamal Mawla. After reaching the resort, she met a person named Shahed. Basically story of the play revolves with these three roles. While talking about the play Dipa told this correspondent, “I have liked my role and story of the play. For this reason, I went to a resort in Gazipur to take part in shooting of the play. Though Shanta was my friend but she didn’t compromise with me in any case. I hope viewers will enjoy the play.”The play will be aired on ATN Bangla in Eid-ul-Azha, said its director Shanta Rahman.Meanwhile, Dipa has arranged first birthday of her daughter Arohi today at a restaurant in the city’s Dhanmondi area. Recently Dipa acted and Rulin Rahman directed a serial Mayar Khela has been finished on RTV recently. Therefore, Dipa acted two serials – Akram Khan’s directed daily soap Dhaka House Wife and AD Dulal’s directed a serial titled Dhusor Otithi – are being aired regularly now.
