The Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) has askedmanaging director of Deshbandhu Group Golam Rahman to submit hiswealth statement as there is an allegation that he accumulated illegal wealth.
The Commission recently served a notice upon him asking to submit his wealth statement along with that of his family members to it within seven working days, ACC sources said.
Earlier, the national anti-graft body received a graft allegationthat Golam Rahman amassed huge wealth through illegal means, and launched a probe into the allegation in 2014.
