Ballot papers to reach ROs 7 days before polls: EC

Election Commission Secretary Helal Uddin Ahmed on Friday said ballot papers will reach returning officers in all the 300 constituencies seven days before the 11thparliamentary elections slated for December 30.“We’ve started the printing of ballot papers.
