Chittagong University (CU) Vice-chancellor Prof Dr Shirin Akter unveiled a book titled ‘Seaweeds of Bangladesh’ written by Professor of Institute of Marine Sciences Dr Sheikh Aftab Uddin at CU VC office on Wednesday, said a press release.
Prof Dr Shirin Akter was present as Chief Guest and Science Faculty Dean Prof Dr M Safiul Alam as guest of honour, Director of Institute of Marine Sciences M Jahedur Rahman Chowdhury, Prof Dr Md M Maruf Hossain of Institute of Marine Sciences and Prof Sheikh Aftab Uddin of Institute of Marine Sciences were present and spoke among others, the press release added.
