CPR workshop held at Parkview Hospital

Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation – CPR (Life-Saving Medical Strategy) is a modern and effective healthcare service in the event of an emergency. Through this service, the heart and lungs work temporarily to provide blood and oxygen to the brain.
The speakers spoke at a workshop titled ‘Hands on CPR’ organized by the Park view Hospital Conference room on Friday
Speakers at the workshop said that CPR is given as a first aid, even if breathing or heart failure stops for various reasons like heart attack, submergence of water or electric shock. It is widely recognized and recognized worldwide. However, the people of our country are not very aware of this.
The voluntary organization of medical students and physicians organized a workshop on ‘Health School’, the academic program of the Young Social Activism Board-YSAB. About 3 young doctors and last year students of different medical colleges of Chittagong participated in the workshop.
The lead instructor was Assistant Professor of Department of Anesthesiology at Chittagong International Medical College Hospital. Nadim Haider.
