Pro-Vice Chancellor of Chittagong University Prof.Dr.Ifthekhar Uddin Chowdhury said , the country made remarkable progress specifically in increasing the reserve fund and self-sufficiency in food security following the dynamic leadership of the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina .
He was addressing the reception ceremony of Bangabandhu Shishu Kishore Mela Chittagong district unit held at a city community centre on Wednesday last as Chief Guest.
The reception was given to Md. Ashraful Islam of his nominationt as Joint Secretary of overseas unit of Qatar Awami League and five others of BSKM executives.
President of B SKM , Chittagong Sushan Anwar presided over it duly conducted by the General Secretary Advocate M Hasan Rana. Prof of Chittagong University Shahdat Hossain ,Reaz Haider of Peshajibi Parishad, former secretary of Chittagong Union of Journalists Nazimuddin Shamal graced the occasion as special guests.
