Mazharul Islam Aronno, 13-year-old boy, son of a Sub-Inspector (SI) of Police, has been missing for the last four days after he went out of his city residence.
Aronno, a seventh grader at Motijheel Model School and College, is the son of Abdul Motalib Bhuiyan, worked at Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI).
A general diary was filed with Sabujbagh Police Station on Sunday, a day after he went missing.
Aronno went out of their house around 10:00am to play with his friends at the nearby Balurmath playfield but did not return, according the GD.
The family said they searched everywhere, from police stations to hospitals, but found no sign of him.
Motalib also claimed that despite being a part of the law enforcement agency, he does not have many enemies and is cordial with most people.
“I am clueless as to what could have happened to my son,” he said.
Further details of the incident is not known yet.
