Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) Under-17 team of India arrived in the city on Tuesday to play four three-dayer matches against Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) Under-17 Cricket team.
CAB Under-17 team went to BKSP in Savar from Dhaka. CAB Under-17 team will face BCB Under-17 Cricket team in the first three-dayer match, which begins today at the BKSP Ground.
CAB Under-17 team will meet BCB Under-17 Cricket team in the second three-dayer match, which starts on October 11 at the BKSP Ground.
Then CAB Under-17 team and BCB Under-17 team will went to Rangpur.
CAB Under-17 team will face BCB Under-17 Cricket team in the third one-dayer, which will begin on October 16 at the Rangpur Cricket Garden.
CAB Under-17 team will play against BCB Under-17 Cricket team in the fourth and last three-dayer, which will start on October 20 at the same venue.
CAB Under-17 team left the city for home on October 24.
Meanwhile, Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) announced the 14-member BCB Under-17 Cricket team for the upcoming series against CAB Under-17 team.
The players, who have been selected, are: Aminul Islam (Captain), Akbor Ali (Vice-Captain), Faisal Ahmed, Ratul Khan, Sajibul Islam, Shamim Patwary, Mahmudul Hasan, Mortaza Ahmed Mahin, Shahadat Ridoy, Ishaq Ali, Nawshad Iqbal, Sharif Islam, Md Rony and Mukidul Islam.
