Bangladesh Telecommunications Company Limited (BTCL) is going to replace its “725” serial number gradually from December 17 to eight digits “4721” serial under Khilgaon Exchange.
Customers will be informed immediately over phone while the number is changed, said a BTCL press release on Tuesday.
The list of the new and old numbers is available on BTCL website www.btcl.com.bd.
For further query, BTCL requested its customers to contact Call Centre “16402” or Office 02-55120010 and 02-47211177 during office hours.
BTCL authority expressed regrets for the inconvenience to its customers, the release also said.
