An 18-memebr of Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Prothistan (BKSP) U-14 football team left for Indian capital of New Delhi on Friday to take part in the Subrata Mukharjee Cup International Football competition, said a BKSP press release.
The BKSP team comprised of 16 player and two officials. BKSP which placed in pool H along with Sikkim, Lakshadip and Daman and Dew province is representing this year’s tournament as defending champions.
A total of 32 teams, split into eight groups, will compete in the tournament.
The quarter-finals, semi-finals and final of the tournament will be held on September 1, 3 and 6 respectively.
