A section of miscreants led by Siraj Sikder and Kashem Howlader has been trying to occupy the land of one Mohammad Mostafa Maulana at South Digilia in Bhola Sadar upazila, it is alleged.
It is learnt that Mohammad Mostafa Maulana purchased 39 decimal land from Md Eshak Howlader in the year 1984 and 1988 and the price of the land has increased to a great and it has become a valuable piece as it located in the heart of the Banglabazar Satellite town in the district.
Siraj Sikder ,Kashem Howlader and their associates tried to build structures illegally but the failed to do it because of police action.
Later, the owner of the land Mohammad Mostafa Maulana filed a civil case in the court being No 4/14, dated 13-02-14 and after hearing the court imposed injunction order on construction of any structures but ignoring the court order they already constructed pillars. The victim has urged the authority concerned to take necessary action in this regard.
