Bangladeshi picked up by BSF

Members of Indian Border Security Force (BSF) picked up a Bangladeshi cattle trader from Putkhali border here on Monday evening.
The victim was identified as Selim, son of one Abul Hossain of Namazgram village under Benapole Municipality.
Locals said, the BSF men caught Selim when he went to India through Putkhali border point to bring cattle from there, and took him to the camp of the border force.
However, Lt Col Mazharul Islam, commanding officer of Border Guard Bangladesh Battalion-23, said BSF did not inform them about the matter.
Meanwhile, BSF is yet to return the body of another Bangladeshi national who was beaten to death in Petrapole of India on Monday.
