Popular Bangladeshi singer and songwriter Shayan Chowdhury Arnob tied the knot with singer Sunidhi Nayak on October 28 at Sunidhi’s residence in Asansol, West Bengal in India.
Arnob planned a quick visit to Kolkata in February this year to attend his cousin Rafiath Rashid Mithila’s wedding reception. Due to Coronavirus lockdown, the singer however got stranded in Shantiniketan, which as it turns out, was not such a bad thing. Arnob and Sunidhi have been working together in various musical projects for some time.
The singers, Arnob and Sunidhi, who are both alumni of Shantiniketan, began dating in 2019. Last September, Arnob revealed that the couple temporarily postponed their wedding plans because of a family tragedy, but would get hitched soon. After Arnob had posted new photos with his bride on Facebook, fans rushed to congratulate the couple and wish them a happy life together.
Mithila posted pictures of the newly married couple on her Facebook profile. She revealed that the marriage registration took place in the presence of close family members. The couple will throw a formal wedding next year. Arnob’s mother and Sunidhi’s father were seen attending the ceremony. The bride has recently lost her mother.
