Rapid Action Battalion (RAB)-4 arrested an arms peddler with a foreign made pistol and four rounds of ammunitions from Dhushar village under Shibalaya upazila of the district here on Tuesday. The arrested alleged arms peddler was identified as Aftabuddin 40, son of late Palon Bepari of Baghutia Beparipara village under Daulatpur Upazila of the district. The accused was arrested when he was trading the arms at about 11.30 am on that day. A case was filed with Shibalaya Police station in this connection.
