Akij plastic dealers’ conference held

Akij Plastic, one of the most considerable industrial concerns of the Akij Group, has fetched a strong position in the national plastic product market since its inception just six years back.
To boost trade both in-home and abroad further, Akij Plastic Dealers’ Conference-2022 was held to accelerate as well as to encourage the relentless efforts of its workers and dealers.
The conference was held on Friday at the Tulip Beach Resort in Cox’s Bazar.
Akij Group Chairman Sheikh Nasir Uddin (CIP), Akij Pkastics Senior General Manager Chowdhury Hasan Tareq and its hundreds of dealers, workers and dignitaries from home and abroad were present at the conference.
Sheikh Nasir Uddin said “After achieving tremendous success in the domestic market, we started exporting goods to India in recent years. We need to increase our export market further. We have targeted to exports goods to Nepal, Bhutan and USA America soon”.
Chowdhury Hasan Tariq said, “We are the best in the market due to using state-of-art technologies, modern machinery, diverse product range and being uncompromising with quality.” “We will move forward on a larger scale in the coming future by maintaining the current trend. Its excellent marketing services have also helped earn the trust and confidence of all,” he said. Akij Group is one of the leading industrial enterprises in Bangladesh. The company has contributed significantly to the country’s economic development for more than 73 years. The group started the Akij Plastic in 2016. Apart from the domestic market, plastic goods worth Tk 20 million were exported to India last calendar year.
