Al-Arafah Islami Bank Limited has opened its 167th branch at Takerhat in Rajoir of Madaripur on Thursday. Former Chairman and current Director of the Bank Md. Anowar Hossain inaugurated the new branch as Chief Guest where Farman R Chowdhury, Managing Director and CEO of the presided over the ceremony, said a press release.
Executive Vice-President and Khulna Zonal head Md. Monjur Hasan delivered the welcome speech. The occasion was addressed by another Executive Vice-President Engr. Md. Habib Ullah. Mayor of Rajoir Municipality Shamim Newaz Munshi, President of Tekerhat Bazar Business Society Shibnath Saha, prominent businessman Wazed Ali Miah, Chairman of BCS Confidence University M Safikul Islam Lavlu, President of Rajoir Press Club Professor Kaosar Alom Mithu, Tahrunnesa Hafizia Madrasa Director Hafez Md Touhiduzzaman.
