Staff Reporter :Popular film actor Abdur Razzak, famous as Nayak Raj Razzak, has been put under life support at a hospital in city on Sunday evening.As his condition deteriorated, he was taken to united Hospital at Gulshan on Friday. On Sunday evening, he was taken under life support, as his condition worsened, confirmed Shamrat, the youngest son of the popular actor. Razzak received Independence Award-2015 for his glorious and outstanding contributions for culture.Born in Kolkata, British India in 1942, he made his first film appearance in “Ratan Lal Bangali”.Razzak’s major breakthrough in movies was his performance in Salahuddin’s Tero Nombor Feku Ostagar Lane. He acted in other movies like “Neel Akasher Nichey”, “Maynamati”, “Moner Moto Bou”, “Swaralipi”, “Osru Diye Likha, “Jibon Theke Neya”, and “Obujh Mon.”Razzak married to Rajlokhhi. Together they have three sons, Bapparaz, Bappi, and Samrat, and one daughter, Moina.
