ACC arrest 6 more graft suspects

The Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) on Wednesday arrested six graft suspects, including three bank officials, from different parts of the country in separate graft cases.
ACC assistant director of Jessore Zila office Saurav Das arrested suspended chief officer of Bangladesh Krishi Bank Khandaker Sajedul Alam and its officer Asmat Ali Biswas from Magura in a graft case filed against them for allegedly swindling out about Tk three crore from Alamkhali branch of the bank, ACC public relations officer Pranab Kumar Bhattacharya told UNB.

office Md Nur Alam Siddique detained Hazrat Ali Fakir from Netrakona for reportedly grabbing a pubic land worth Tk two crore. On January 27, 2016, the national anti-graft body filed a graft case against him with Netrakona Sadar Police Station in connection with the allegation.
