A court here on Thursday framed charges against three people, including BNP leader Mirza Abbas, in a graft case filed by the Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) for irregularities in allocating plots.
Judge of Dhaka Special Court No-4 M Aminul Hoque passed the order.
Two others accused in the case are-former State Minister for Housing and Public Works Ministry Alamgir Kabir and ex-joint secretary of the ministry Bijan Kanti Sarkar. The court also fixed January 1, 2017 for starting the trial in the case acquitting two other
