Information Minister Dr Hasan Mahmud said the file of 9th Wage Board is ready for ending to the Prime Minister within this week.
He apprised the journalists of Rangunia Journalist Alliance working in the port city while exchanging views with them at port city recently .
The Minister said, the file after final approval from the Information ministry it wlll be sent to Prime Minister this week which is expected to be okayed in the cabinet meeting by next week.
During the views exchanging, he expressed his ambitions to work for the welfare of the journalists. He called upon the journalists to play pragmatic role to the welfare of the country with the spirit of liberation war. He also assured to extend cooperation to set up the office of Rangunia Josurnalists Alliance in the city.
Among others , convener of the alliance Azad Talukder, Member Secretary Oliur Rahman and other members were present on the occasion.
