BGB seized about 80,000 dollars by raiding Phulbari border area of Chuadanga. The dollars were recovered from the Phulbari border area of the upazila around 11:30 on Wednesday (August 3).
According to BGB sources, BGB raided the area based on secret information.
Meanwhile, a person left a bag and ran away after sensing the presence of BGB in Phulbari border area. Later BGB recovered it and seized 80 thousand US dollars. Chuadanga-6 BGB captain Lt. Colonel Shah Md. Ishtiaq said the seized dollars are in the process of being deposited at the Chuadanga Treasury Office.
