Anti -Corruption Commission, Chittagong filed seven separate suits against seven primary school teachers for alleged using the fake certificates for getting govt jobs in Banskhali thana in South Chittagong yesterday. Deputy Asstt. Director of ACC, Chittagong Md. Wahiduzzaman filed the suits as plaintiff with Banskahali thana , sources said.
The suit Nos are .40, 41, 42, 43, 44,45 & 46. ACC sources said , these teachers have been serving in seven registered primary school with fake academic certificates and these schools later were enlisted with the govt approved primary school and the service of these teachers were continuing till MPO listed schools.
Sources said these teachers misappropriated huge govt money through producing fake certificates.
The alleged teachers are – Mir Jahirul Hoque , Abdul Hakim chy of Napora primary schools, Moktar Ahmed of Banskhali Selbon Pry school, Shahidullah Chowdhury of Banskhali Shekarkhil Pry School, Abu Shama of Middle Borghona Pry school, Farid Ahmed of Gandamara Pry School and Md. Shafiullah of North Napora Pry School .
All these pry schools are situated within the Banskhali upazila of South Chittagong. ACC sources said after receipt of allegations against these teachers, ACC conducted investigation from 2012 (Investigation case No.10/2012) and end of enquiry , these cases were filed yesterday.
