Today is the fifth death anniversary of Advocate Abdullah Al Mahmud Monu, former President of Sreebordi Press Club . He was the founder and General Secretary of Sreebordi Awami League and one of the organisers of Liberation War. Adv Abdullah Al Mahmud Monu was also founder of Banibaid Abdullah Al Mahmud Public High School. As a member Sherpur Zilla Bar he achieved a great success.
A Quran Khani, Doa and Milad Mahfil will be arranged at his residence at Upazila Parishad Road. He died on the day(Pahela Baishak) in 2011.
