Police detained 58 people including 8 drug dealers in Satkhira district. They were arrested in different areas of eight police stations from Wednesday evening till Thursday morning.
Satkhira District Police Special Branch Azam Khan said 17 people in Satkhira Sadar, 8 in Kalaroa, 5 in Tali, 10 in Kaliganj, 8 in Shyamnagar, 6 in Assasuni, 2 in Debatat and 2 people from Patkelghata Police Station were arrested. Several drugs including yaba and phensidyl were recovered at the time. In addition, eight cases have been filed in different accusations.
