31st BCS Cadre Association provided assistance to the flood victims in Jamalpur district.
In the first phase, they distributed cash to the marginal farmers and destitute people at Awna Union in Sarishabari Upazila of the district, said a press release on Saturday.
Aminur Rahman, Ahsan Khan and Hossain M Al Junayed on behalf of the association operated the activities in presence of the Prime Minister’s Protocol Official S M Khurshid Alam.
Alongside the duties of the government service, the association has been conducting different social and cultural activities, added the release.
