A case was filed against 28 people on Saturday night in connection with the killing of a man in a clash between the supporters of two member candidates at Chandla Bazar in Brahmanpara upazila during the 4th phase union parishad election.
Victim Taposh Chandra Das’s wife Mallika Rani Das filed the case with Brahmanpara Police Station at night accusing 18 named accused and 10 unnamed, said S M Badiuzzaman, officer-in-charge of the police station.
