Later, Asma Begum died in the morning after an injection was given to her by a novice doctor, even though her condition was normal, Roni said.
In another incident, Foyjunnahar underwent a surgery, operated by Dr Minti Sinha, at night. She gave birth to a baby boy, Rubel Ahmed, husband of Foyjunnahar complained.
An on-duty doctor, namely Ashraf, gave her an injection around 7 am when her condition was worse. However, Foyjunnahar’s condition aggravated with this injection, and she died around 7:30 am, Rubel said.
Following the death of the patient, doctors advised me to move her to Intensive Care Unit (ICU). When shifted to Jalalabad Ragib-Rabeya Medical College, doctor informed us that patient had died much earlier, he also complained.
