Cyber Crimes Unit of Police in separate drives arrested two suspected members of a website hacking group from Gopalganj and Chandpur districts.
The arrestees are-Bashir Ullah Sarder, 21, and Azahar Uddin Abir, 19.
Bogura Police superintendent Ali Ashraf Bhuiyan at a press briefing on Saturday said that the unit kept the two website hackers of ‘Black Web’ and ‘FobiMox’ under surveillance for the last 2/3 months.
Later,the team arrested Bashir from a mess in Chandra Dighlia area in Gopalganj Sadar upazila on Thursday night.
Following his information, the team arrested Abir from Chandpur on Friday

Following his information, the team arrested Abir from Chandpur on Friday
morning. They also seized their computers, mobile phone sets and other equipment.
The SP said that they hacked around 21 websites including the site of Bogura Government Azizul Haque College, Government Shah Sultan College and Lalmonirhat Government Girls’ School. Two cases were filed under the Digital Security Act.
